Shipping Policy:
All truck shipments are shipped F.O.B. Elkhart, Indiana or Orlando,
Florida on carriers selected by Fasnap® Corp. Carriers may be specified by customer under certain circumstances. All ground shipments are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise specified. International shipments are arranged through our forwarding agents or through customer specified customs brokers. Payment is required by letter of credit, wire transfer, payment in advance by bank certified check or by credit card.
Returned Goods Policy
All items being returned to Fasnap® Corp. must be authorized in
advance and be assigned a returned goods authorization (RGA)
number, and are subject to a restocking fee. |
